How to Return My ByImpact Bin or BYOB

Once your bin is full, tie up the liner, securely tape it up like you would any other box, and follow the steps below to initiate the return.

1) Navigate to your Account Page.

2) Click on the ByImpact Bin & BYOB Returns in the left navigation.

3) The ByFusion Return Shippping Labels Form will launch in another tab in your browser or in another window. Please fill out the information. The * fields are required.

NOTE: To locate your Order Number, go to your Account Page and click Orders. If you have 2 smaller boxes you may request 2 labels at a time :)

Once you've completed the form, click Continue.

4) Verify the information is correct. If not, click Edit Information. If so, click Submit Information.

5) Click Print Label and you're all set!

PS - If you do not have access to a printer, simply present your label on your phone to the amazing people at the FedEx counter and they will print it for you.
